Pricing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Every new account starts with 14 days of the Pro plan. When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan limits. Your data, channels and posts are not deleted, and you can switch to a paid plan at any time.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We don't ask for card details to sign up or use the trial. When you want a paid plan, you send a request from the Plan & usage page in the dashboard.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paid yearly: Pro $190/yr, Agency $590/yr. The yearly price is 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free each year.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Send a plan change request from the Plan & usage page in the dashboard. When a paid plan expires, your workspace returns to the Free plan limits; your data is not deleted.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on the Pro and Agency plans. Add a key for Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Gemini, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint under Settings > AI. Generations made with your own key don't count toward your monthly AI quota.
